We have some exciting updates from our Rep Score product team!
On January 1st, 2024, we implemented changes to the Reputation Score algorithm to more effectively measure your brand’s online performance! You might be asking yourself… well, what has changed?!
- Listing Accuracy will evolve into Listing Completeness: Reputation Score will now measure the degree to which your listings have been optimized (e.g. have photos, inventory for sale, appointment links, Q&A, etc.). This score component will have a greater impact on your Reputation Score than Listing Accuracy did.
- Social Score: We are updating the Social Score to be based only on public data and providing it across all locations. This score will incorporate your social profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and other sources, whether these are linked to your Google Business Profile, and publicly available metrics related to your profiles.
- Review Spread : The Review Spread Score will have less impact on the overall Reputation Score based on ongoing analysis.
- Review Length will evolve into Review Quality : Review Quality will place a greater emphasis on depth & specificity in customer reviews, rather than just length.
